Well the Investor Update went very well, they confirmed the Partner that had come in to provide financial element of the CEOL Fast Track bid was a multi hundred millions dollar company involved in exploration and mining support world. They confirmed they believe with their discussions with the Chiliean ministry that there bid to enter the CEOL Fast Track has all the required elements and that they expect to hear from the ministry during Feb. '26. Confirmed that the Lithium price, now around $18k/t is expected to rise towards their $22k/t during the year. They also confirmed their production costs being in the lower quartile for DLE projects globally, which is setting them up well to achieve significant valuation uplift. They also confirmed they are expecting a renewed analyst call and PT on the stock in the coming few weeks. All in all worth a watch for anyone interested in this development or the Lithium industry itself 🙂

16:53 - I also would love him to buy and I do believe he will still buy but I don't think for me he will buy enough, it will just be a token amount under CA$100k. I believe CR3 rates will be announced before the end of Jan. '26, so yes less than 30 days, thanks for asking :-)

16:33 - I will agree to disagree in my view CR3 is a material well, to paraphrase you at some point the company will rise or fall on the basis of this well :-)

14:54 - can't fault anything you have said (apart from the gambling conjecture) think a lot of his earlier problems was boasting before he understood the decline curves he was dealing with, I am not excusing him as caution would have been better for shareholders and his large debt load, my belief however is with these CB wells, if drilled will deal with both of these things and we can all move on either with TXP or with our other investing lives :-)

In terms of your perception of things, I have also been part of the share ownership of this stock for more than 2 years and I do not recognise your characterisation of the company or the 'hype' which I have seen literally zero example of. If you can give some examples of this 'hype' I would like to better understand where you are coming from with this?

15:16 - not sure I agree on Baay, been following his colourful way for going on 4 years now, in the last 6 months he has been very restrained and while recent wells have not delivered CR3 seems to have broken the streak of bad luck but still he has remained restrained, maybe the EGM call and others sharing with him have made him see the error of his past ways. While I would have no issue with him being replaced, I would 100% want a new candidate identified before moving him on, right now we need to keep this train on the tracks as it is going in the right direction :-)

14:30 - agree, I think it's highly unlikely the management team or their broker will mention timeframes or SPs, however I totally expect them to talk thru the next Qtr or 2 of triggers and targets for deliverables, only have to wait til 17:00 to find out, GLTA :-)

14:27 - not sure that EoY financials run up would be closed. Would understand if he can’t buy in the run up to CR3 results tho but after is open I would say.

11:06 - certainly an eye opener for many who maybe looking at CTL for the first time, this just shows the potential for Laguna Verde (they have 2 other prospective development locations) which would once developed at least double the below opportunity, something to think strongly on as we move towards CEOL Fast Track acceptance :-)

19:45 - while the stock has risen substantially in the last few months it is still substantially lower than it has been this year. With the CEOL Fast Track now entered on successful application there is a great potential on this stock and with Lithium up above $17k/t extremely viable future production.

17:33 - he struggles to deal with people that have it together and are open and transparent, he prefers an environment of fear and worry for others, nothing can be taken at face value, I can certainly vouch for sirmark being clear about his trades and rationales on Discord, oh yes some people got kicked off their for their usual misleading shenanigans, shocker :-)

16:59 - whether it is funny to you or not is OK, reality is it's just another sign on the road forward, time will tell if this was the start of something bigger or not, I believe Burgundy's funding will not arrive before PANR have completed their testing and found commercial resource but lets see... :-)

16:33 - think there may have been a rotation from PANR to TXP today, these shares have been closely associated for a while with some investors, time will tell when the rotations comes back our way will be a boost :-)
