15:42 - yes it is something that has to go ahead, see how easy it is to say these things but without cussing anyone else or boring them :-)

15:19 - its really nothing to do with debt, it is the requirement from the bank for the issuance of the loan, without following the banks requirements, the loan could be rescinded and immediately called due and TXP would be held in default if it failed to pay the loan, that raise would be on another level and is not gonna happen in spite of you call to not raise :-)

10:42 - the capital level needs to be raised the only question now is what method TXP will use, that is clear, it is a legal requirement of the loan we have :-)

10:26 - so a factor in PANR plans is the gas produced from the oil wells they are drilling, in the current scenario they will need to drill additional wells that are used for the re-injection of the gas as there are not cheap options for compression and shipping on the drill pad. With the AGDC developing a gas pipeline for Alaska, which runs right past PANR's drilling locations, they can instead pipe the gas to be used by the state of Alaska and reduce the number of gas re-injection wells they have to drill, so reducing CAPEX and getting some money back from the extracted gas, hope that helps...
