BigDano that's some significant coincidence with the consortium RNS and Avacta today. You would have thought the government, having got the Roadmap out of the way, now wishes to focus on how effective testing will help attack the virus. Government orders this week or next for all?

I just feel that the attempts by Roxi and now Caspian are mysterious in a sort of 'push-me-pull-you' sort of way. I believe there's no doubting massive oil reserves are down there. If they can't get them to flow ( like our neighbours did ) then a third party venture has to be considered. Approaching ten years waiting in here now.

So true Sparticus and with the public's lack of knowledge on lateral flow tests, I can see the day when TV adverts are bought by the government just like with 'hands, face, space' to describe the effective operation of lateral flow tests.

DBWN......exact timescales for the drilling are a little uncertain for us on the board here. The La India infill drilling I feel was to be all done by end of Q1, so you would imagine that now commencing Cacao would mean after then. Linked to the theme and timing of the capital raise mentioned below, then you would imagine that the next/final to production raise, will be after these results which will all be reflected in hopefully a higher price? Hence JM happy to secure more at 42p rather than later with the sp having been enhanced with all these core results?

Progressing now quickly on the deeps with a new partner ( who knows how to get the oil out ) coming on board?

Understandable why MC spent the time and money on the other three sites, to get them permitted etc. Then now pressing on with Cacao now that the mine decision is days away. Any predator can value what's permitted and we clearly don't think what they think is high enough. So we press on towards 5m Oz.

Rightly I feel, many PI's are only looking short term with how over-inflated the general stock markets are. Thus the sells this morning into news and some profit taking are understandable. However, with the potential blockbuster news in covid stocks, then the ride is just commencing. Far too often have I taken profit too early and too little. There'll be a time to take the cash here, but it's not now in my opinion. Just remember NYCT.

All going well this morning on covid stocks. Yes........there will be an outflow as people take profit and a lull, just as though the tide is going out.
Well I will liken this to "where has the sea gone" just before the big wave comes crashing in. Will Boris, or will he not announce massive lateral flow testing? Today, next week, next month? Who knows but when he does, make sure you are in a big safe boat to ride it!!

persimmon....you sound York-based too? Yes all three should benefit as the press currently is all about re-opening due to success with the vaccine. The part that rapid/lateral flow testing will play has yet to be highlighted by the media. If/when Boris announces this and the fact that the tests are UK produced, we will have a tsunami of funds coming into all three. Like that term, might use it again!

Will trading on the Covids today reflect 'no news' in any RNS, or will it anticipate the signposting of massive need for lateral flow tests and push these higher. Not trading this morning unless I can get any of these at a silly price.

ISA there’s no problem with posting positives on other boards as most often that should prompt research. Everyone should want other pi’s to do well. Think it’s pathetic the current squabbling between the different COVID testing boards at the moment. And turning to GGP , if it wasn’t for a post by an unknown poster I wouldn’t have gone in there at 1.6p

I would say there should be more chat on here, what with the opportunity this presents, but I guess it gives us more chance of cheap top-ups first thing Monday. Market Cap is really good value at this level bearing in mind the potential.
