Beef gets 40% of the vote and the other two get 30% each. Does this mean more people love cheese or beef?

After recent RNS I'm pretty confident now that we will be producing first concentrate and thus revenues. Commissioning and handover to be fully completed, followed by gradual ramp up of production. We will grow to be producing 12% of the world's non-Chinese tungsten and likely as not will see, the herd arrive after the late March/early April RNS.

Or is the NY funding linked to current production being tested?

I would have thought no harm would be done to our cc if a simple RNS put out positive news on either NY funding or NOMAD progress?

Today's RNS, decision by Slovenian government and potential need for EIA leaves the door nicely open for appeal then escape route for Slovenia. They will be able to justify the grant of permit, being faced with costly action of AST of over 100m, or sooner OOCS. Positive news now within a month or so imho
