His 'fiduciary duties' certainly didn't include doing this with the company. Evidence of previous attempts to deny the company true value of its assets has already been shown. I say take him down!

WHI as new brokers would have come on board, having been briefed on the background to FRR. Would they have joined knowing that Cairn were about to leave then us de-list?
