Presently our asset is worth £14m and we need over £100m to enhance it. It will then be worth over £1000m. Where is the logic in spending £100m? I know where.
Sirius has encountered a similar formula but with bigger numbers. They have an asset which will produce £1bn pa for 100 years. It's a journey not a race!

Am I right in thinking that those eligible, if/when any shares left for private investors, are unlikely to even get a one for ten invitation to subscribe? Don't really understand whether this might happen or not, but do feel that all ii's will want to take their max.

Given the time since last RNS then we will expect significant progress with production. Anything less will be a tad disappointing after the wait.

Yep sounds good to me. The Nicaraguan Condor at an ounce of gold limited edition paid for up front by investors at $800? If the toll agreement kicks off early too this would take a long way to achieving the goal of financing/producing early revenue.

Simms there are differing approaches MC could make to kicking this off, with B2 and RB being two options. Another perhaps which has not been considered, would be the subsrciption by individuals to advance purchase the gold from Condor. See I had this dream last night that I called MC and offered to buy gold off him, in advance, for $800 an ounce. Told him it was a win-win scenario............he said he'd call me back!!??

So if we get 18,000 lots at $800.............that's the mine funded up front......... bingo!

To be held on 16th May and mine build to start early next year. Decks have been cleared of forced seller. Will be 15th April on Monday. Clock is ticking as we await news RNS. Deal with B2, director buys before AGM, funding details for build ( we have noted the Special Resolution)....... my money is on the RNS next week. Monday/Tuesday as that would be required for anything extra for the AGM. Or will MC still be tying up the deal?

With well stimulation permits due Friday/Monday, following successful appeal, there's no wonder they want your shares cheap. Chains are off once this appeal succeeds and buyers back to the table.

I believe we had 14 days to appeal the permit decision on the re-stimulation of the wells so would expect similar. The appeal for that was on the 28/29th so again we could get a fairly quick result on that as soon as they realise their own experts suggested no EIA was required. We could be sat here with both permits within a week/10 days?
