Finance being a big slice of the forthcoming CR.

Discoveries of 5m Oz are becoming rarer, particularly at such a low AISC.
We have not yet considered the possibility of a large gold miner other than B2 taking a stake at these prices. At this price we surely come onto their radars, acquiring a stake at 3-6% and then helping us with some finance would be a smart move?

Another consideration has to be that the company is worth much much more than £13m. With best part of 2m Oz, a lot of which is at surface with an AISC of less than $690/oz. Plus potential for an area 'drowning in targets' of upwards of 5m Oz.
Issue is that our main supporters in JM, RB, MC and others are unlikely to sell and very able to resist a hostile at several multiples of this sp. So we wait patiently for the funding option and the mine build, with which we have permits for and now must commence within a year.
It has been a long time, but I class this as my Regular Savings Account. I get nowt for it in the bank anyway, so will continue to support the story, MC/RB/JM in bringing success to this project.

What reason would MC have to issue good news to let City Financial out at a good price? Prefer him to let them go at 18p so others can take advantage of coming rise?

I hope MC remembers the support he gets from private investors when these funds get things so badly wrong. Us taking up the slack I mean. Have too much tied up in here now, but happy it will pay medium/long term.

OK so something 'special' about the AGM on 16th April. "Annual General & Special Meeting of Shareholders"
What is it?
An AGM with the passing of a Special Resolution requires 21 days notice. Which means any such notice needs really to be given 25th or 26th March. Article of Association are readily available online to check.
I would be very surprised if an offer for the company has been made at this stage. I reckon it's ether funding news ( capital structure possibly ) or confirmation of tolling agreement, but cant see why this would need a Special meeting with a resolution??? Money is on critical plans for 2019/2020

No deal was never on the table and in fact it never existed............ not a single politician proved effective enough to get us a good deal. No deal was invented, with all its scare stories, to help us understand that remaining in an undemocratic club was best for us. We'll see...............
