I haven't the time today to start looking at our Articles/Memo, but there will be specified activities which will need a Special Resolution. They may include:
Capital Re-structure, fund raising through enlarging authorised share capital, changes to terms of Articles/Memo............approval for capital raise for cornerstone investor or outright sale. I believe Special means something's about to happen to progress after all these years. Timing of this and any ii's selling up seems critical to buying a bag load more in here. I've always said that anything under thruppence ha' penny is a great buy.

Exactly....... the raising of finance, or re-financing in this case is ordinary business for a company such as FRR. Surely the judge can see that blocking of this option, when a director has a conflict of interest is at best dubious. Then given the previous Outrider had for ambitions for the business, then the fiduciary duties are clear and so is his breach?

I just hope Lloyds have reduced their exposure to EU banks over recent years, particularly the German smelly one. Have too much in Lloyds at the moment that could be the stuff of nightmares.

All this mess should have been sorted two years ago. Repercussions will last for many years to come, particularly when the unspoken downsides of remaining shackled to a sinking ship come to the fore. I am truly astounded that the media and all supposed experts cannot foresee the coming storm, but then they are comfortable in their cosy paid for bubbles. And people of the UK are happy that those over the channel are laughing at all of us, remainers and leavers alike.

I think it has been mentioned here before, that without changes at El Limon and La Libertad B2 has an unprofitable future in Nicaragua. Tolling our high grade stuff and wait for permits/upgrades at your own mining.

Have far more in here than I should per my own rules. But not convinced I won't break them again should the chance arise. Yes I agree a very softly softly approach with no shouting about the potentially substantial profits, the enlarged resources and even other assets, one of which we had a provisional agreement to sell at 5m (when the gold cycle was adverse ).
