Blocking the company from raising finance to repay other debt is certainly "Not an action of a man that wanted it repaid". Yes his responsibility was the outstanding finance/debt, but clearly he was and is wanting more than this ie the assets of the company. Proof exists of this and thus a clear breach of fiduciaries as laid down in Californian Law.

Interesting to hear the strong response from Trump on the news last night regarding new Russia-German gas pipeline. Not sure if it was BBC or SKY. But briefly he was very angry about Germans buying Russian gas and providing revenue to support them. Germany and Europe planning to use the gas.
Would hope that many in the US would see Georgian gas as a very viable alternative and the quicker this can be produced, then the Russian price would have competition.

GoBIG……..we all know that this could move massively higher with approval and route to commercialisation. The FDA and US pharmas will know what a positive result will mean. The news on 14th Feb surprised many but not a select few over the pond in my opinion. Watching with interest for the announcement and the deal that follows.

Clearly the market doesn't know the result yet, but for those who have done their research the likelihood of one of the positive outcomes next week is better than option 3. To be able to take these at 9p with a recent high of 40p ( without approval ) in my opinion a reasonable bet.

I'm guessing next news is annuals, which should indicate early revenues and success with better grades of ore. Lots of trades today and interest hopefully in spite of risk environment. Mid June then?
