Not sure why anyone is surprised at the SP. This company is invaluable in every sense of the word. Just cant be valued.
Could be 10p tomorrow, or 40p, and neither would have any basis. Until that is, stage2 is confirmed.

John, the funny thing is we never question the SP when its on the up. I never see questions as to, why is it up? No good news, no shorts down, not big buys?
Relax, it just does what it does. If you are going to question why the SP is down today, you must also question why it might be up tomorrow.

I think you've got it back to front.
Dilution - you own the same number of shares, but they make up a smaller part of the company. That is why the SP usually goes south when they dilute. Except for when the proceeds are actually going to be used to increase the value of the company, which increases the mcap. This is very rare. Normally dilution proceeds are used to line directors pockets.

I wouldn't worry about them. I just hope you won't loose out now.

massive buying opportunity. We know the business is doing well. This is probably a new short opening to trash the SP again, but its in vein. They will soon realise that the money they have committed into shorting PET would be better off elsewhere.

Only buyers and seller control the share price. MM's make their money on the spread and have no interest, nor the ability, to let something go up or down.
