I agree there are options. We all know what a placing does, but even alternative have not played out too well. Remember the Gina deal, giving money for x % of revenue. Whichever way you look at it, raising the additional funds will not be pretty.
But I truly believe that in the long term it will merely be a temporary setback.
If the BoD were in a position to announce stage 2 as intended, and the raising of the additional money at the same time, no one would even notice.

Alan, all true. But the extra 500m, that will have to come from elsewhere, and hopefully after st2, but I think it might need to come in before. And that might well be a placing. It's no biggie, we will all still make plenty of money.

Yes, LTI will reap the rewards. Just didnt think it was going to take this many years and counting, and the SP is back where I started. All I have done is shouldered many years worth of risk, for no reward.
Hopefully the end game is near now.

I think it has to do with the expectation of what the SP will do when this individual publishes an article. That and a shed load of herd mentality.
Yes, I think Crummy has manoeuvred himself into a position where he can influence the SP significantly. If it wasnt him, than what is the SP dropping for?
But he will not influence st2, or the fate of the mine.
