I dont know why no one see's, that we, the UK, are asking for the impossible. Under WTO rules, by defult, there has to be a hard border. By brexiting without a deal, we will defualt to WTO rules = border. Therefore the deal, as bad as brexiters might think it is, it the only way to keep the border away. The only reason remainers oppose the deal is because its not as good a staying.
And there you have it, a dilemma. May has chosen a middle way, the only way to achieve a bit of both, and no one is happy with, but the only way either extreme is avoided. I hope to god it will be approved, because it is to late for ref 2, which would be certain to be a remain victory.

Let's hope so. Its the best out of 2 bad choices. Best would be to remain in as status quo but that's not going to happen now.

Does it really matter how far down the shorts will drag the sp? At 30p a share it will still be just as viable a business as it is now. And divis will keep coming.

It's just not feasible to look for more that 500m in equity at this mcap. So I am fairly relaxed it won't be more than that. And equally I cannot see so many high profile contractors mobilising equipment and labour, amongst countless other resources, if they thought it wouldn't go ahead as planned. The opportunity cost is too much.

If it will definitely involve dilution and its so obvious, why inst everyone heading for the door now? Plus it depends on the quantum.

Alan is not saying that there isnt going to dilution. He is just saying nobody (of any importance) said it definitely will.

CF has intentions, and that all they are. I hope he get to full fill them and I wont be disappointed if he needs to dilute a little either.

Doubt it. Success on ST2, and boom. Failure, and doom. This will either be something, or nothing. No time in between to climb aboard at a decent price.

Fairly expected. Good job they are now free from any other distractions and can focus on funding. In my opinion the euro torp is neither necessary at this stage, nor very likely due to the political circumstances.

Fundamentals will prevail in the end, and I have lots of time.
