500m would not scratch the surface of what is required. Finance would not be sorted. Placings never at a premium, and sp always fall below placing price.

At least the salvaged what was left to salvage.

The only thing that has been going on, and that will keep going on for the next 6 months is PI SHAFTING! We have continuously been disappointed with the outcome of every single part of the great financing plans. None went to plan. It always went against and to the detriment of shareholders.Wake up. The bonds not going was the last nail in the coffin.

If there is a placing they will say it will be between 1.5p to 3p.
Guess what it will be at? 1.5p, and as always the sp will drop well below that.
A strategic partner would probably take 90% of the company. Bonds are a no go. Government, unlikely.

I am 84% down. I believed in this company until Tuesday. Now the dream is over. There is no feasible way of making this a success for PI's anymore. We had been warned, but the derampers could easily have gotten it wrong also. If the bonds had gone we would all have been big winners.
CF is trying to string this along for another 6 months of fat wages. He might as well, the shares he has got are as good as worthless.

If bond investors didnt rip Chris's arm off at 15 figgin percent, then there is an enormous problem.
I would also conclude from that that no major in their right mind would want any part of this until it is too late for us and the SP will be a fraction of a penny.

The options are a JV with absolutely punishing terms, or a placing that would create 80 billion (my guess) new shares.

In hindsight it does not come as a big surprise that JPM rejected the request to attach warrants to the HY bonds. Many of their subsidiary hedge funds were shorting SXX (Highbridge for instance)
JPM made a lot of money by rejecting that request, risk free. It was all a big con by JPM. They have outfoxed the bod, and all of us.

Sippnoob, possibly the first time I 100% agree with you. Whichever way you look at it, the outcome is dreadful. And that's why I am looki g to bail at 7 pence. Any higher than that won't hold, any lower and it won't make a difference to my holding.
