PH being in EG Jan 24 likely relates to his stake via Antler, where Antler holds 80% working interest in a production sharing contract. Europa will pay Antler aggregate consideration of US$3M where Haywood is a founding shareholder.

In 2023 entered farm-out agreement with Georgia Oil and Gas, and acquired 2D seismic over Markopi Terrace prospect (Project IV)

The more interesting one is based on the March 2024 Corporate Presentation: High-impact farm-out campaigns for Projects Ill and IV. The farm-out process for Project III commenced February 2024, as published via RNS, following the IER, (>1 TCF 2C Contingent Gas. NPV >$500M) in the same field (Patardzueli-Samgori) as the CCS opportunity (151.5MT CO2). The advantage is that the 'waste' CO2 can be used to extract existing O&G which is what makes this project the more lucrative, ie, taking & storing local waste CO2 and delivering O&G to wider energy markets, particularly based on the large capacity available for both.

Early days yet, but CNPC have been mentioned and confirmed on site December 2023, but that does not mean the farm-out process started then.

The world needs to achieve 92 GtCO2 reduction required by CCUS, where >91% of the CO2 being matched to suitable sinks within 300 km in the United States, and EU.

USA and EU spend approximately US$2.01 trillion, and US$0.94 trillion respectively until 2050, on additional costs for CCUS. CCUS is an economically promising technology, however, actual break-even oil price to a large extent depends on the geological condition of deployment.

Around 8 gigatons of CO2 storage, reservoir level around 256 MT. Making it one of the largest potential CCS projects in the European region. By comparison, Shute Creek Gas Processing Plant in the US has the largest carbon capture and storage capacity worldwide; 7M metric tons/annum.

You're welcome Sdyas. British veterans are so often forgotten, but the profile appears to be increasing more recently. Like you, I served and many of us witnessed things that haunt us. I have many friends who have been too proud to admit there's a problem until it becomes too difficult to cope with. But the good thing is there is a support network there, willing and welcoming, ready to help.

Ukraine is not going to renew the gas transit contract with the Russian company Gazprom.

Ukrainian Minister of Energy, Galuschenko, states there are no plans to renew or make additional agreements noting that "the network of gas pipelines passed the stress test and is now ready for life without the transit of Russian gas."

This might make things interesting in some parts of Europe. Ukraine will no longer allow Russian gas to pass through its territory to reach Europe. Austria, Hungary and others are still getting a lot of gas from Russia. Austria still rely on Russian gas for 98% of supply.

Austria is accelerating the end of its Russian gas supply to alleviate its reliance on Moscow for energy supplies but faces tough legal and political challenges, however this Ukrainian action will expedite that decision process. Austria's reliance on Moscow is “a clear market failure”.

Hungary will also suffer from the cessation, particularly as a key ally of Russia.

As an ex-serviceman there are a lot of charities and other support groups run by the forces, current and ex-forces for people in need of assistance. You are a veteran and the country has a debt of gratitude to you. Get in touch with some of these and they will do everything they can to help. Start with SSAFA, British Legion, BLESMA and even Blind Veterans. All of them will listen and offer advice, some will even offer more. But the key thing is that they will have answers, and know where to point you. Most importantly, they will listen, you do not need to suffer alone.

Finally, no doubt you are aware of the Army Rumour Service (https://www.arrse.co.uk/community/) which is a good starting point for any ex-serviceman which addresses all UK armed forces, serving and veterans.

Since 2017 China has made it clear that the Silk Road is strategically important and developments have been ongoing for sometime. That Russia's 3-day SMO is now in its 753 day has focussed attentions towards alternative sources. Tbilisi Energy and GOGC being the 2 largest in Georgia, if BLOE manage to secure a JV soon then maybe we will see a share-price uplift with associated production output & sales, but nowhere near these.
