I'm reading the messages that this change to #AVCT's dosing limits will likely extend the trial. Noted.

But the very fact that the science makes this even possible, and the independent investigators and regulators are on board with it, for me, completely outguns any perceived negative impact.

It is the IP within the science that will ultimately win the day for investors, and that continues to improve with each update."

Cancer behavior is not driven by tumor cells alone — it is profoundly influenced by the tumor microenvironment (TME) of the organ it colonizes.

This schematic illustrates how organ-specific extracellular matrices (ECM) shape metastatic cancer signaling and treatment response.

What’s happening here?

🔹 Primary tumor

Breast cancer cells disseminate to distant organs such as lymph nodes and lungs.

🔹 Organ-specific fibroblast-derived matrices (FDMs)

Fibroblasts from different organs produce distinct ECM compositions, creating unique biochemical and mechanical environments.

🔹 Cancer cells adapt to their niche

When cancer cells are cultured on organ-specific FDMs:

Kinase signaling pathways change

Growth, survival, and drug response differ

Metastatic behavior becomes organ-dependent

Great interview . Recorded last year . Mentions March 2026 for FAP-Exatecan (AVA6103) trials to start so not long before patient dosing .

My takeaway Avacta doing it the right way . AVA6000 vital first step , the learning curve might take a little bit longer to see those value inflection points but company on course to be a huge player in some shape or form . .

Exciting times for shareholders .

Not seen yet any formal clinical trial register record for AVA6103 - Suppose first patient dosed would count as an inflection point . Anyway at least one new clinic involved .

( Adult participants will be enrolled in the dose-escalation part of the trial with two parallel arms investigating two schedules of administration (every two weeks, Q2W and every three weeks, Q3W) with preliminary data from this trial anticipated in the second half of 2026."
