Not really bothered how ,who or what companies /institutions/pharma get involved .

CC confirmed " absolutely " the pre|CISION® platform technology will make a "dent " in cancer treatment . Also stated future very bright for Avacta in striking distance of making a difference - Quite telling the emphasis on " patients " CC stressed " if we do right by our patients we will do right by our shareholders ."

Avacta own the IP but still a very small company handicapped with limited cash . So to do right by patients Avacta need to get new treatment into patients ASAP means partner/licence deals will need be struck early 2026 ..

With preCISION, no extra drugs are required to make the administered drug ‘safe’. The peptide does this.

With regard to Myles -- He makes his living investing i like and appreciate his research. Seems some folks here rather envious . Anyway i missed out the latter part of his tweet . He admits "of course been wrong many times before on guessing when deals might land for Avacta, " have we not all been guilty of that .

Missing bit

I think we could see a wide-ranging platform deal (e.g. a Tier 1 paying handsomely to use pre|CISION to (re-)build a half dozen molecules using their proprietary warheads).

I think 6207 could be licensed out in the near future, despite only being a few months' old, as I am quite sure that this novel technology is setting off alarm bells throughout the halls of the oncology majors.

And I think we could even see a deal for 6103, if the terms are irresistible. I refer you to the AZN / Daiichi deals struck in July 2020, which I believe is a good comparable (esp. with AVA6000 and Enhurtu having been in the clinic for similar periods beforehand).

I have of course been wrong many times before on guessing when deals might land for Avacta, but that does not bother me. I think the share price has the potential to rerate multiple times from here, without any commercial deal being struck - but simply from further outstanding clinical data and from the name "Avacta" spreading into investment communities overseas.

Following all the IP filings this year (essentially, a platform reset to 2045, meaning the last of the molecules (filed in 2045) could have protection out to 2065), I feel that there is now a possible route to Avacta becoming a UK version of Genentech. The underlying enabler for the rapid build-out of new supercharged oncology franchises across Big Pharma.

I think the first deal lands shortly, which will catalyze a waterfall of further deals over subsequent months.

The first possible major scare on the horizon (in my view) could be disastrous results in the first patients in the 6103 phase 1 trial - but those wouldn't be until late March/April 2026 anyway. [By the way, I am highly confident that said results will actually be phenomenal!]. So for the next four months at least, I see very little to hold the SP back, but an incredible amount that could catalyse a monster rerating.

Hope that helps as to why I'm maxing out on buying here!

hope all's well.

Yes, as of this week, #AVCT has just become my largest position again (due to a combo of the settlement of the 63p placing on Monday (in which I again took a chunk), plus multiple on-market additions this week; and now-second-largest-holding MKA falling again this week).

Why am I adding now? My gut feeling is that we are fast-approaching a tipping point, with regards to Big Pharma's acknowledgement of the phenomenal quality of the pre|CISION platform, and the transformational impact it's likely to have on the oncology industry.

This acknowledgement can be perceived through various academic papers recently published on FAP as a would-be-ideal-biomarker, if only anyone could harness it(!); and through the presentations and statements of Tier 1 players themselves, in which the concept of extracellular release of warheads in the tumor micro-environment is being increasingly discussed as a preferred option for ADCs and similar modalities.

The 13 October RNS was an absolute gamechanger for Avacta, although the market hardly reacted to it - partly due to the fact that it suspected another equity raise might be due, to satisfy the terms of the recent Heights agreement re: the convertible bond.

Avacta now not only has the most targeted delivery system for anti-cancer medicines in the world, but also the most flexible and the most broadly applicable.

Being able to stick the likes of MMAE and exatecan into a single molecule, to be released at the site of the tumour simultaneously - and moreover without the need for a cumbersome and expensive biologic (such as a monoclonal antibody) for targeting - is next level.

The pre|CISION platform isn't just doing one thing that all other ADC players can't do. It is vastly superior to ADCs in at least half a dozen ways.

FAP is upregulated ("present in high quantities") in 90% of solid tumours. Solid tumours account for circa 90% of all cancer cases.

So a delivery system that uses FAP as a biomarker will be capable of building medicines used to treat circa 80% of all cancer cases.

Back to why I have been buying aggressively. Avacta is now battling a heavy combination of retail PTSD due to hideous share price performance of the past 3 years, and a "too-good-to-be-true" feeling. Of course, the prehistoric mindset of a big chunk of the UK investment community in understanding and attributing fair value to quality pre-revenue / growth companies, has been a major cause of valuation suppression at Avacta too.

Nevertheless, all this will hardly stop Big Pharma from moving, which I think is now imminent.

I think 6000 will be licensed out before Christmas, for the salivary gland cancer indication (at the minimum).
