FAP Diagnostics in Oncology and non-Oncology:

Some On-going Clinical Trials

"The objective of this conference will be to sketch together the contours of a new era in cancer care, ultimately benefiting to patients around the globe. We will be delighted to count you in and to foster together an essential critical debate around today’s and tomorrow’s clinical relevance of radiotheranostics in the perspective of improved patient outcomes and better access to more personalized, abundant and democratized cancer care.

FAP targeting diagnostics have demonstrated significant potential in the diagnosis of various oncologic and non-oncologic diseases in over 9,000 published human subjects. In this presentation we will discuss the latest regulatory and clinical trial progress with FAP targeting radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic use, along with stage of development and proposed indications. In addition, we will specifically highlight the current state of clinical development efforts with Fibroblast Activation Protein Inhibitor (FAPI) family of compounds, which are currently the most clinically advanced FAP targeting PET tracers in clinical research use.

Well i am 78 and wish to be out by 80 before i get to senile to enjoy my handsome investment return.

Bit to go as currently -58.64% paper deficit .

Granted at the moment Avacta are a very small fish in a huge pond , still early stage in clinical testing but working towards FDA appoval .

AVCT current Mkt Cap £162.97 value perhaps reflects Avacta still have many hurdles to overcome However owning the asset IP rights should open up many opportunities for Next GEN cancer delivery treatments - Avacta USP in combination will already proven cancer drugs.

That is why i will remain a shareholder and still believe the best is still to come .

Will require better execution on funding and forward clinical planning plus improved communication to a wider audience

Fwiw, I don't get hung up on how much I have invested, just percentage loss or gain.

But yes, its a great help not to care about the result.

It allows for a plan to be thought about and applied: What price do I want to pay and why that price? what price will I sell at, either to bank a profit or cut a loss.

Once you "care" about a stock then it becomes much harder to be keep to the plan. "

Eli Lilly inherited a licence deal with Avacta . IP still held Avacta . Be interesting to see how that develops . No reason why Avacta cannot do similar deals ( albeit so far - PB not provided much revenue in early stage payments )

Might be mistaken but all the existing partner deals seem to have been removeed from website ? E.G . AffyXell .Tufts etc

Concentrating highly potent warheads in the tumor microenvironment

The Avacta pre|CISIONTM platform is a proprietary warhead delivery system based on a tumor-specific protease that is designed to concentrate highly potent warheads in the tumor microenvironment while sparing normal tissues.

Fibroblast activation protein-α (FAP) is an extracellular post-proline protease that is upregulated in many solid tumors in a membrane-bound form on cancer associated fibroblasts as well as tumor cells. FAP activity is also observed as a soluble protease to a low degree in plasma.

A pre|CISIONTM molecule has two key properties:

It prevents the warhead from entering cells.

It is specifically cleaved by FAP to release active warhead in the tumor.

The peptide moiety linker, pre|CISION™, prevents cellular entry of the warhead unless it is cleaved by FAP, thus enabling targeted delivery of the warhead to tumors.

The first of the pre|CISION molecules, AVA6000, has achieved clinical proof-of-concept.
