Good thing about Phase1b trial has been approved . Patient selection will be agreed between patient & clinician . So could involve first line patients just starting treatment or very sick folk already pre-treated . Early signs of treatment efficacy will become evident thoughout 1H 2025 building on known comprehensive data outomes from phase1a , as a prelude to Phase2 .

Could say a Phase1b escalation trial is a mini phase 2 .

Facts "The Phase 1b cohorts will enroll patients in three disease-specific cohorts including: (1) triple negative breast cancer; (2) salivary gland cancer and (3) high grade soft tissue sarcoma. "

All three will require to recruit patients however according to Thornogson :should not be allowed -"as yet unproven therapeutic treatment regime." very strange comment as no trials would ever be done .

He actually stated :

"But a recommendation from an emotionally involved relative overladen with bias recommending seriously ill individuals to seek an as yet unproven therapeutic treatment regime.

A little beyond their pay grade?

Irresponsible even? "

Thanks for sharing - 2025 CEO " interesting developments going on behind the scenes that he can't talk about " at the end of the video interview - More deals in line with core strategy or something a bit left field to expand company growth /commercialisation e.g -- water board based partnerships / expand LeakBot for flats /apartments/commercial property / merger / Nasdaq listing etc ,?

Good Morning Surely worth supporting a company striving to impement better cancer treatment,

This is off my normal topic but is something very close to my heart that I wanted to let as many people affected know about!

My wife died of Metastatic Triple Negative Breast Cancer back in 2019 where the only treatment that kept her going for 5 years was Chemo. The problem with Chemo is that it destroys all your good cells as well and is very debilitating.

Well, there is a new drug trial that has JUST opened recruitment of new Cohorts who have Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Basically the drug carries the Chemo only to the Cancerous cells and not healthy ones which means little to NO side effects!

Avacta's marketing strapline is "Hope without Consequence" which I find very fitting, as Sarah's "Hope" was very much "with Consequence"!

Please pass the word around to anyone you know who has Triple Negative breast cancer.
