My base thinking previously was we might pop up taking both SGC and STS into P2 ourselves

Now either P1b will be completed, because it's part of what we've started, and then put it on hold

Or I'm wondering if it's convenient to just keep it under the radar and let FDA suprise us at end of P1b

I can't really see it being licensed or partnered - but who knows

We do however agree that no one knows whats going on unless you happen to sit on the Avacta board, which I very much doubt

On a good day at the RIGHT TIME Avacta might imo go for 8-10 times that amount in a behind closed doors second stage auction, if the bigger pharma felt they needed it for their longer term pipeline - to Lilly even this would represent small change @ 6-7% their overall value

More plausible than linked to BP deal - is linked to specialist fund investment (20m shares say) and with said fund wanting sole TX focus, will occur after DX disposal

I'm sure BP would sign up tommorrow on their terms - value for us is waiting for as much data as we can. Hence the reference to NASDAQ optionality. If it's still a sub optimal deal offered at end 2025, I haven't ruled out a NASDAQ placing to proceed on our own if a better financial decision.

IMO CC is switched on to these considerations.

In absence of BP deal on our terms by June ish - my view is that it would be desireable to already be listed on NASDAQ at the time that the P1b data lands to ride the bump from that and keep BP honest

NASDAQ listing for me involves two modest placings in 2025

- firstly with specialist funds to effectively clear CLN

- IPO itself

If DX is sold by March or shortly after, then we don't actually need a BP deal until end 2025 and start of P2 in 2026

This in my view is the realistic timeline - unless BP agree to sign up on our terms Juneish, which would make it safer to hold NASDAQ access to US financial liquidity in reserve
