- we paid £30m plus for launch & coris - most expect a haircut to the £20m region which is fine as the cash can be better used in tx

- we currently own diagnostics affimer ip - back in march 2024 cc said internal talks were underway to determine where that ip would be placed. details of that decision have not been disclosed

- we have slightly less than 3 months max to determine which of our financial options to advance first

Depends alot on whats for sale - we don't know what IP has been rolled into DX

The page posted doesn't show forward p/e but suggests trailing p/e 20 approx

If we had the same prospects as DX have now and sold previously prevailing p/e then would probably have indicated a higher price. We weren't profitable and hadn't phased out Wetherby at that stage

What are you expecting the " asking price" to have been?
