Doddle You have to forgive him he has a chip on his shoulder as long as the forth bridge if only he could turn his efforts to some use as he is obviously an intelligent person
Mrd It seems quite simple to me,all the banks will testify and tell the same story over and over again how the accused falsely and without the boards backing obtained money from all 80 of them The board of directors will back this up that they acted in their own self interest and not on behalf of the company The Freeh report hopefully will put all the links in place as to the perpetrators What is their defence
Mrd It seems quite simple to me all the banks will tell the court the same story that they were given the same false information by the accused to be let money The board will testify that they did not sanction or give authority to the accused to make the transactions on their behalf and they did so for their own gain Freeh will back this up that the company has got massive debts and will trace it back to the accused Where is there a defence
Paul I am not a shareholder but I think you are right I couldn't care less about money now I just want to get out and go on holiday albeit it wont be a cruise because it's not what I have done but I think it has made people look at life in a different perspective
If the banks want to try and get their money back surely the Freeh report which has took 4 months would explain how it happened and would be usefull for them rather than to do their own investigation
Anybody watched Quiz on ITV Somebody steals 1m on who wants to be a millionaire, its all over the news and papers and police involved straight away, but someone steals a few billion from a company and nothing happens
I think that the feaseability study was yo ge completed anytime now I wouldn't think that a new investor would want to commit under the present circumstances
TotalQuant The Times suggests that the company would be relisted under another name and thus current shareholders would get nothing Knowing the Fsa they would more than likely allow it as nobody cares about us

Seible I think you will be able to pick them up again at 260 if not less I see the FTSE going to below the 5000 level and more than likely to 4500 albeit not until another few weeks when 1st quarter earnings start coming in below expectations
Causal Yes I agree I think a pull back for all shares is in the cards Having just read that New York has more cases than any other country I just cant understand how the Dow can continue to rise
This is not normal Kaz behaviour as the long term holders will testify FTSE mining index now down slightly and Kaz still up 7p,its not falling much at all and even when it does it comes back again
Rastuss I dont like to say this but after your previous comments on the Kaz board and the Nmc debacle I was so ****ed off I sold all of my shares,it turned out that due to the big fall in the FTSE since the begining of March I have started to buy back some of my shares at a greater reduced price so assuming that the FTSE gets back towards the 7000 mark I should gain what I lost on Nmc Nb still saving about a third in cash back in case it falls below 5000 again
