We don't know what is in all those legal letter sent to the BOD by Ashley. I find it very interesting that JPM and ODEY have bought over 13% of votes in the last week. You've got to ask why ?

Odey LF funds were holding 3.64% and Odey Asset Management 5.23% on the 26th March.
JPM recently have acquired over 5% of the voting rights.
When added to Mikes stake they have a great deal of control. In my view the 5p per share offer is to secure the support of the other Institutional stock holders. Like Brandes ( 7.9%) for example so surely Mike and friends already have voting control here.

Gold net long positions on the comex increased last week from 88.4k to 119.7k. Quite some jump so expect gold to rise well above $1300 I would say.

If the BOD of DEBs aren't taking Mike Ashleys 5p bid seriously why have they appointed Lazzard ( the takeover specialists ) to deal with it. Looks to me like DEBs is up for sale.

Blackrock 0.42- 0.36% 27th March and we know Odey now has a holding that completely covers his short so he is effectively neutral. So total net shorts above 0.5% are now only around 2 %

Brexit hmm not heard about that one yet what's it all about then ?

Something like that. I only have a buy button as the sell button is broken. FYI I currently hold 0 DTY shares. As I said its low to mid 600s for me.

Ashley may not be the champion of the 'little guy' but I know Odey is the champion of the ' Family Guy'

They took a CFD and a small 1.% stake on the 25th probably around the 1.5p mark. Nice work if you can get it. I wonder if their mates at Odey tipped them off ?

Except Flybe put itself up for sale.. had multiple interested parties. Deb is likely to be 100% up or 100% down by the end of the week.. now thats just a gamble.
