Thanks for posting that. I am glad that our taxes are going towards such a thorough review into whether competition exists in a semi-free market. With regard to DTY I am waiting to pick up some more shares in the mid to low 600s.

Can you name me one conviction for trading on a tip off in the UK. As an example the day before Kraft made an approach to Unilever there were millions of pounds worth of trades that went through after 3.15pm. Well over and above the previous weeks volume.

RKH does usually rise with Oil and or PMO but there has historically been a time lag. Just my 2c worth based on holding and watching every day for 2 years. ( Sad I know )

So to me it looks like Blackrock have sold 0.2% of their holding and increased their long CFD by 0.17%. I notice they are also lending out stock ( for shorting ) so I would hazard a guess the shorters have returned the 0.2% to them which they have sold.
