Thats not quite whats being alleged of the BOD there its being investigated over payments to win contracts, Rolls Royce had the same and gave in, PFC are fighting it.
BPs net debt has increased by $5.8 billion over the last 12 months to a whopping $45.1 billion

Had you noticed that Petrofac have paid off ALL of their net debt recently. Their shareprice currently falling and not far off the all time lows.

Petrofac isn't looking too good ( was 525 ) Enquest was down 5% earlier. TLW also down after production miss, wasn't Cairn 215 not so long ago ( now 165 ) there are others.
I wish I had made the money you have here.. I would go on holiday for a month or two !

Brent has had a great Bull run since end December with only a slight pull back at end of Feb.
