I think you've got to ask why 5.30pm when UK market is closed. I understand it might need to be released when US market is open so why not 2.30 or 3pm ?

A little colour for you on that front. Stock on loan for RKH peaked at around 3.9% in Jan19 reduced to approx 1.2% end Sept19 whilst PMO stock on loan has been rising at a few percent a month to a high at end Sept19 of 26.3%

Is that really what was said. I can't see Sealion getting project sanction if the Brent price was $46.
But then again Big Tone D has got big plans for PMO and in the past he has pleased the banks not the shareholders.

Have a read through the UKEF annual report 2018-2019.
I posted the Premier Oil quote from it on here a little while ago. It doesn't mean anything in particular I just find it interesting that they have been talking to Premier Oil about one year ago.

Sorry pal but that is absolute bs. Poor results are already priced into this shareprice. Yes it could drop a little more on results day but it could also rise quite strongly. 50% drop.. what exactly are you expecting in the update ! I think the whole thing will be a damp squib. Hedgies might use the volatility to close a bit however.Have a look at Kier Group their results were rather dire ( 250m loss )and shareprice was up a good double digit percentage within a week.

UKEF have an extra £2billion to grant for years 2020 and 2021 @ £1b extra per year. Interestingly Premier Oil were consulted by UKEF in conducting their research.
