Secondly you said your .036% holding was worth £300k at 18.5p So today when the SP is 17p market cap is £77m you still state value of £300k

Ok so thats your holding value and dilution. Let me just get one thing straight. You are suggesting that Rockhopper with a market cap of £77m could raise £500m in a rights issue ?

PMO effectively owns Rockhopper. Theres a few options for not going bust. Italian arbitration money, Egyptian asset sale money, rights issue, placing, death spiral funding.
Moody will keep them hanging on as long as he can. Could feasibly hold on for another 5 years, whats his yearly salary again ?

I don't know who you've spoken too, but there is already work booked in, 3 FPSOs being built for that area. Project is viable at $60 UKEF think Brent will average $65 so sound like they will think its viable too.

They've misled you, I have no doubt you have a holding here and that is why you personally would not be happier seeing 15p here, and have not said things like ' this is toast' etc etc.

I think people are making there own conclusions, due to the fact that anyone with a holding would not be constantly calling the price lower, or even to zero whilst continuing to hold, and revelling in the price going down.
