You didn't say any of that, all you said was '£75m is still way to high for a company with nothing, true value 5p if that.' £75m is todays valuation thats not a valuation with a failed Sealion. Couldn't you be bothered to work out the market cap at 5p a share ?

Tony Durrant CEO of a successful muti Billion Dollar oil company thought it was worth $1billion and now thinks Sealion is worth developing but if you say 5p is its true worth ( then you say if that ) So you've just said the true worth is 5p then in the same sentence contradicted yourself and said its not. ( or if that )

I think the juristiction deciscion was from the Italians challenging the case being held under international law. They would want it held under Italian law. So its only that part which has been decided.
But don't take my word for it as Kurgan2.0 says I haven't got a clue.

How much has the CEO taken in salary and bonuses since 2015 ? ( about £2 mill )
How much are his 3m shares and options now worth.
I think they have spent many many multiples more on Sealion than they have all taken in Salaries.

I don't like the huge stock on loan position on PMO at the moment, it reminds me of the refinancing. The fact they are talking to lenders again regarding Sealion, could be some more warrants like last time. Convertible bonds etc. I will stay out of PMO and in here and RKH until it plays out or the shorts close.

Remember what happened to Brent last Dec, was down a packet on PMO, I was down so much I actually bought my last lot at 56p then came out at 82p some time ago

Yes clearing the decks I think was the excuse given, but really you think the Egyptian assets were that good/ worth keeping. As someone stated on here they need to close everything down mothball and stop taking salaries/ take payment in confetti, I mean shares.

Been doing a bit of reading and despite what our new resident taco eating friend says the API and Sulphur content are the all important factors here. The short version is I think its best to forget about these two wells and hope the other prospects are better.
Tullow is still doing 87kbpd and the divi was paid out of this production not from Jethro and Joe.

As the 2x 1m share trades went through at the same time it looks like an off book stock transfer ( a buyer matched with a seller )
There was also a delayed £2.2m buy from 13.45. Looks like 1.48 is a price where the big boys want to buy.

Just pointing out a few things, you said your no engineer but...
You also said 2 days ago the sulphur percentage doesn't matter as it can be cleaned. ( I think it does matter, brokers and market seem to think so too )
You said OCTP was shallow water and Sealion was deep water ( Sankofa is almost twice the water depth of Sealion. OCTP sankofa 866m, Sealion 450m )
Oh and you joined LSE on the 4th Nov 2019 or last week in old money.
