Might it be safe to assume that by now enough of the unstable material has been removed to resume mining in the higher grade area ?

I can only think that those people/ entities selling have quite low expectations for the future price of Gold. Its strange because I thought the only reason to invest in Gold was a contrarian view on the Central Bank run economy.
If Gold does truely breakout then we are on for taking out the previous high, early chart targets touted last year were in the $2200 to $2500 range. But then the analysts seem to have lost patience with the lengthy Gold consolidation. Good timing with the Infrastructure spending bill now passed.

I'm no chartist but I don't think Gold is now Bullish, although it does seem to have found a bottom and bounced 3 times. I think we need to see Gold comfortably above $1900 to confirm a break of the consolidation/ downtrend we have seen since the high above $2000 was put in many months ago.
This latest rally could be the start of a continued up trend but I think its too soon to say.

Well production is down ASIC is up, issues with movement in the forth wall halting mining in a high grade area until its safe. Then an increase in stock lending of nearly 1% and Blackrock selling 3%. Yes we are undervalued but look at HOC FRES and POLY also undervalued for different reasons. Sentiment still not with Gold due to crypto hype, rate hike expectations and yield curve, but I don't see any Central Banks buying Bitcoin.

Thanks for shareing the house build, its a good idea to use the green moistureboard in bathrooms although you are still limited with maximum tile weight. I would get em to put some hardiebacker or aqua panel in shower areas. What are you using for flooring, hardie backer do a 6x2 cement board flooring which is amazing for bathrooms. I spent months tryng to find some decent plywood in the end went with the hardifloor as marine ply as about £100 a sheet anyway. If you can get some scandinavian ply I would use that for the rest of the flooring if budget will allow.
