I’m not sure you can infer that. You can look for a bunch of loosely worded and generic RNS, piece them together to suit a particular narrative and make any inference you wish really.

Not really how a well executed multi billion dollar deal should be done.

I expect a shocker of an AR on Friday stating what little assets there are are held within far off subsidiaries , confirmation that funds dry up in a few weeks and the share remains suspended. That’s my inference but WTFDIK.

The company has quite clearly stated the reasons for delayed AR

No reference to a ‘loan’. Therefore, at this stage one would presume the company has resolved the x2 reasons given above in order to release their AR.

You’ve done what you persistently do.. you’ve used your imagination to generate speculative ideas where there is a lack of clarity.

Was it incumbent on the BoD to inform the market earlier than today, perhaps when not suspended, of the cash shortage. Or maybe in the first RNS announcing suspension? Giving SH’s the opportunity to appraise their investment and sell/buy. Or do you genuinely believe their cash flow strategy was robust and this only came to light this week?

Todays RNS now adds more speculation by adding another 3rd reason why the auditor cannot sign off… 2 months late. Was this an issue 2 months ago?? Of course it was..,IMO

They should have had a robust 2024 cash flow plan in Jan ffs. They ain’t generating cash do even more important

AMC was a viable UK plc with a healthy balance sheet (and had proven assets!) to see it through a lengthy sales process. This lot have 8 weeks to sell and get cash to UK plc. Ain’t going to happen.

Folk are misunderstanding… the UK PLC has no cash and currently, cannot ‘trade’ beyond Nov.

Incredible the BoD were allowed to leave it so late to update the market.

They cannot trigger Sinosteel if the UK plc is not viable.

There is a kick back sub contract in the EPC deal but that would be to help enabling works… not sustain the overheads associated with running a UK plc.

I read it as of today, in the bank, they’ve a few quid to pay salaries n overheads and liabilities , for a few months. With no certainty or guarantee of anything incoming ie rebates.

Pure speculation to think other sources of revenue may land. IMO
