I found the website and accounts there is no detail that I could unravel on the loan shown at note 15

Does anyone have a link to the Company website.Based on a comment at sharestock I would like to check out the notes to the accounts regarding the loans that become due. Due in December .If any element are related parties that may help.

I attended the share stock investment seminar where two guys with connections to mind flair took place.

These guys took questions on MFAI but really their comments were of limited value just general chit chat which I guess is what you would expect.

1) The basic message was hold for the long term and value will out.

2) The loan would be resolved and was not an issue ( no detail on how)

3) In finite reality liquidity event would still take place this year.

Mfai were due to present at the share prophets seminar on Saturday but sadly they have cancelled.

Okay so mfai have already said that it is not guaranteed.

On that basis the market will view announcements of this type on the basis of 'when it happens'

Gg you have provided a reasoned post .However I do not understand why Mfai have not made an Rns announcement for what is clearly price sensitive information.

If the ipo has been delayed surely the Company are duty bound to announce this via an Rns.

Otherwise they have created a false market.

Earl of aim I think you are getting carries away with your emotions.This is a tiny aim Company which holds stakes in a number of ventures.These holdings tend to be illiquid .Companies like this tend to trade at a discount to net assets.

Yes they can end up holding some spectacular winners where they make maybe 5 times their original investment but in other cases they will loose 100% of their investment.

This is a much healthier Board than Advfn.

On fundamentals it looks a strong buy but the market seems to be dominated by pump and dump traders.Not sure when the value will show through in the sp.

Promises promises but the bottom line is delivery.

It is a huge help to the sp because buyers previously would know that as soon as the sp goes up the debt for equity conversion would kick in creating selling pressure.Generally when these arrangements come to an the price goes up particularly if there is substantial news.

I have been holder for several years. Does anyone have a feel for a time line of positive announcements .

Surely the placing shares were forward sold , why would those taking placing shares pay 1.05 to sellout at below the placing price.More likely the Market makers pulling the rug and picking up
