I really despair for U.K. investors trying to invest in U.K. Companies.

The whole system allows mediocre directors auditors city advisors to carry on bleeding private individuals of their life savings with no sanction.

The Directors primary concern will be protect their backsides.

Whatever emerges you have to ask the question what were the Directors doing at the meetings they attended.

The Rns needs to explain why the directors failed to ask basic questions.

Accruals accounting is not Einsteins theory of relativity.

Speculation is bound to occur in these circumstances.However unless you have inside information no one knows what’s going on.Its-best not to speculate but comment meaningfully when the Frp report is released in my opinion.

The share price has tanked because the accounts for the year ending 30 June 2025 were materially wrong and the forecast for the year ending 30 june 2026 has had to have expectations materially reduced.Fps are currently carrying out an investigation per the Bod into all aspects of he business to ensure that significant error in boosting turnover with a non existent accrual is the only error that has been made.

I ran a provincial accountancy practice and would have expected a semi senior trainee to have raised a red flag when trying to audit revenue recognition on a such a material figure.

Yet none of these senior overpaid executives asked a single question.

Also of course closure of the Ashman issue.The fact that he resigned after he was suspended suggests he feels he has no defence.

It could be a turning point for the Company but I prefer to wait for all of the above to be in the public domain.

Ashman has been resigned due to his conduct, let's not forget that. Thats where the focus of conversation should lie. This is not the time for petty one-upmanship games. People who defended SA to the bitter end need to find a mirror and take a long hard luck, not make excuses of divert the story.

I attended the last meeting when rms Titanic ( Minoan ) sank beneath the waves.The irony was that had Christopher Eggleton taken competent professional advice the 80 million votes that he had power over would have counted and Dagg would have been defeated.Seeing Bill and Christopher in action showed they were clearly out of their depth.

I lost 35k other individual shareholders lost up to a million pounds.

We are responsible for our own decisions.Dagg clearly believe there is value in the project otherwise they would not fight so hard to take it forwards and just walk away.

I don’t believe bulletin board chatter has any material impact on the share price .What drives the share price maybe the perception of future earnings per share and future cash flow.With Sbtx initially investors were attracted to what they believed would be substantial profits and cash flow.
