Often a share price will rise ahead of what is perceived to be a bullish announcement .

However here we “ appear “ to be in a position where the market is collectively saying it does not expect any significant news.

I guess you could attend the agm and speak with the directors .However they can’t give price sensitive information out so all you can glean is a feel for what type of person they are .
