Aim Higher that’s very helpful you are a rare poster on these boards .
So much taken with non factual information and personal insults.
I believe the wallet is up and running today I wonder if anyone has view on timescale for the Fca approval which was denied but given support by the Fca to meet the regulatory guidelines.
Elric,
I agree with your comments and remain a holder.
There is no doubt that this Companies share price could be transformed very quickly if certain events take place .However given that Croda are not coming back to us for some months and by their own admission they are taking their time over an acquisition this is likely to be an investment for the patient.
F lava that is a good summary.
However the market is awaiting some tangible news of demonstrable progress on any front.
Without that the share price is now close to the lows for the year.
I don’t see the sp heading northwards without an Rns .
As you rightly say the Fca announcement is positive but it is an unknown timescale.
The directors have behaved in a professional manner.
Government agencies Inland Revenue Foreign office Home office etc are all Grossly incompetent .
Yes fasten your seatbelts
Jiffy I can’t comment on your post.
Surely the Fca announcement was unambiguous they claimed that due to illness they could not comment until 31 May.
These government agencies are a law unto themselves and work at one pace dead slow.
Ed due to unprecedented levels of sickness within the FCA team. As a consequence, the FCA have indicated that they will now be able to provide a decision on the Sandbox Application by the end of May 2023, not mid-May as previously indicated. In the meantime the Company has received the proposed Sandbox testing plan from the FCA and it continues to assist the FCA with their review of the Sandbox Application alongside advancing its other GS Money plans.
Not long to wait for the end of May
Lloyd what do want the directors to say we were told by the Fca that 31 May was the day but we have head nothing
The sp just before the rns re an imminent decision from the fca saw the sp rise by up to 300 to 400 % from memory. However there has been no fomo after that.
Clearly a negative decision will clearly send us moving south.
As for a positive Rns very difficult to predict as it has not moved sharply higher ahead of the rns
This is a sensible post in my opinion from another thread .

It seems to me that the market does not believe that the theoretical ability to increase the level of production by a factor of 2.6 can be achieved in a practical way. That can surely be the only reason that the shares are languishing at the current level. What investors need is firm evidence that theory and practice are one and the same. Hard evidence that such a manufacturing performance can be achieved will be transformational and that is what we are all waiting for including those companies involved in the production of Bitcoin.
Interesting post about taking opportunities. Some posters appear to see the meteoric rise in
Arb as a straight comparison with Gst .However others are making a case I think for a gradual rise over a number of years.
The Company have issued warrants at well out of the money prices over short time frames .
This suggests that the ceo is confident about the near term future.
Mr Market seems less confident.
The Drop was unjustified as it is a very small percentage of the total shares in issue.
1p seems a very generous placing price.
The share price action is puzzling .The ceo has issued a large number of share options well out of the money and with relatively short term time frames to exercise. He clearly believes the share price is going to motor in the short term .
The market appears to hold the opposite view..
That looks like a very positive update
1: Capitalisation and valuation of Crete Project costs
The group inventories, held in respect of the Crete project, represent the most significant asset on the statement of financial position totalling £47.4 million as at 31 October 2022 (2021: £46.8 million). There is a risk that inappropriate expenditure may be capitalised that is not in accordance with IAS 2 Inventories, and a risk of impairment not being recognised correctly to accurately represent the value held. Furthermore, given that the Presidential Decree has been issued granting planning consent and that the Directors appear to be actively marketing the property, any lack of buyer interest in the property would be an indication of impairment. Therefore, there is a significant risk over the valuation of these inventories.
In this area, our audit procedures included:
Testing a sample of capitalised costs in the year to ensure accuracy and appropriateness for capitalisation as project costs under IAS 2;
Reviewing correspondence and other third party documentation from management experts having considered their expertise and instructions in relation to the project to confirm that the expected value of the project is in excess of the costs to date, including meeting, reviewing and testing assumptions of the Group’s appointed financial advisory and specialist hospitality partner and a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to assist with the valuation.
Reviewing and assessing the marketing activities for the site post grant of the Presidential Decree;
Inspecting management’s impairment review and recalculation in line with support from other sources to confirm the value and assess the need for any impairment.
From the work performed, we did not identify any transactions which indicated that capitalised costs were incorrectly stated, the expected value of the project is in excess of the costs held within the group as at the balance sheet date and no impairment was therefore required
The lse page does seem to allow two discussion. Many advfn boards only seem to t o allow bullish comments. The potential is l huge. But clearly the market is waiting for confirmation.
I never understand how market makers make their prices .
The volume of buys and sells per this site is about equal yet the price has fallen by 8.62%.
Can anyone explain
