I have tried to contact Nicholas Lee several times but he does not respond.He did a webcast with Tom Winnifrith he said shareholders would be consulted if funds were available following any distribution events.

That does seem the most likely scenario here investment not return to shareholders

If infinite reality announced a flotation date that would give the sp a boost .

i have just listened to an interview with nicholas lee .he is speaking to tom winnifrith on ************* so it is behind a paywall.he makes it clear that his vision is to grow the companies nav.he also states that in the event of mfai receiving a cash payment from any liquidity event they would discuss with shareholders what to do with the proceeds.they say that share buy backs do not help the share price.

I think you will see a lot of spikes followed by profit taking.This has happened twice now in a few weeks .i guess over the longer term say 2 to 3 years ultimately the discount to net assets would drive the sp up.However if the underlying investments are illiquid or easily convertible

to Cash will be the major factor .A lot of sensible posters on this thread .

I think the market cap is around 60 million pounds and perhaps they will head towards profits of 5 million pounds .

I believe you have a good understanding of gst what is your view.

I think that a Company like this will always trade at a significant discount to nav. It will spike on announcements periodically .

AIM Forgive me for being thick. They will clearly generate cash returns at moments of liquidity but I thought bubble said they would reinvest the proceeds. I have not picked up anywhere that they are going to give money back to shareholders.

My concerns are I am not clear how money will be passed back to shareholders.Sv have made clear they are returning money to shareholders as investments are realised.If we are only going to invest in new projects then are net asset value will go up but I'm not sure the sp will reflect this.

Yes Bubble/ aim I get it.Sure value have made it plain that they intend to return funds to investors.Will Mfai do the same or will they acquire more stakes.

I found the rns disappointing unclear how private shareholders will ever benefit from the Company strategy.

Mindflair communications with shareholders has been very disappointing.no response received when I have emailed the company. And no announcements regarding loan issues.
