Kev and MPO. You are both right.....and stating the bleedin' obvious. If we get news the SP will rise. If we don't then Bond's assertions that multiple orders are coming will have been proven groundless and misleading, and the SP will understandably fall.
So the question is simply whether you think we will get orders. Personally I do, and before 2022. why? Because AB has told us to expect multiple orders and news in H2 and I simply don't think he would have made those statements without knowledge and justification. To have done otherwise would be close to fraudulent and I think he is honest and honourable. he has had to navigate a very difficult financial, political and social situation in a multinational environment, and made progress in doing so.
The next three months will make or break him, and by extension AFC.
Surely it’s a good thing BB2 if it helps the masses perceive electric to be the default power for cars and gets them out of their polluters onto clean vehicles much more quickly. What is normal for motor racing today becomes the industry norm tomorrow.
You can’t make an omelet without cracking eggs. Maybe E1 is such an egg.
250p overnight and 500p soon after feels rather ambitious Beach. I think that £1 is possible very soon after substantive orders, whenever that might be, but 500p is a £4Bn MarketCap and, in my view, cloud cuckoo land at present, as is 250p over night. I think we need to keep it realistic. i hope for £2 within a year, but even that is ambitious.
Let’s assume news drops tomorrow MPO and it is, as AB suggested, for multiple orders. Sp shoots up 100% and continues onwards. You have plucked that figure out of thin air to support your argument. Confirmation bias at its most blatant.
MPO
Bond's statements mean that we can have a high expectation that orders will be announced in H2. If AFC fails to do so Bond's credibility is shot to pieces and I think shareholders could rightly be aggrieved. I would go as far as to say that, given his assertions, a lack of any order at all would make his position untenable. I would expect the chairman to remove him.
However, there are three months to go and I do not think Bond would have made the comments he did without a high level of confidence. I think we will have adequate orders to justify a SP of £1 -£1.50 if (and it's a big if) the markets value us as they do ITM.
Final results today show sales of £4.3m and a EBITDA loss of £21.4 million.
Not a lot for a Mcap well over £2Bn. Pipeline is £345m.
AFC could match this sales figure very easily and without the losses.
I know which company I would rather be invested in. Although I am actually in both
I think that at present this is all about battery technology, rather than how the power for those batteries is generated. Granted there is scope for local generation from hydrogen (concept proven by Extreme E) but that's true for all battery applications.

That's all a bit simplistic ReoninV. I think you could usefully read up on a subject you are obviously interested in (I'm not referring to the size of your neighbours appendage, although this clearly concerns you too).
That's the problem with the ongoing vacuum of communication or progress from AFC - that vacuum will be filled by people like Daz making negative comments for their own gain at the expense of others. AFC need to do something to silence him and other doomsters.
