Chri55........maybe it is YOU that should get your facts right. Germany have said they “may” follow Austria, I think that is slightly different from actually locking down right now!

ChesterO.........as I said selling at 43p was the best thing I did as buying into other oversold stocks enabled me to recover most of the £180K I lost here.
Due diligence and selling some of those stocks at the right time has let me pick up some more bargains.......I regret to say I even bought back in here at 57p based on the saying let the trend be your friend. I still think CNA is the dog it always has been and very poorly managed, the only thing that has saved yours and many other necks is the crazy rise in energy prices that no one could have predicted. At the moment I will continue make the most of this unpredictable rise.
As for your expected £2 and reinstated divi I will be long gone before that ever happens.

Why is everyone fretting? If it comes off or not there is little point in fretting about it. Ask yourself why you bought in in the first place. A rock solid company that has had its price trashed due covid. I have been buying travel stocks since the start of the pandemic as I guessed it would only be a matter of time before covid was a distant memory and these companies would bounce back to pre covid prices. Just ask yourself if I bought in today at 77p where will my investment be in two years time.
That said SGC has been a great trading share of late as it has bounced up and down between 75/85.

Chris55......the reality of Covid has kicked in.......I have just come to Portugal and my 5 star hotel is full to bursting. There is no going back now, it is onwards and upwards as most sensible folk just want to get out and about and not surrender to no Covid crap again. Get buying at these prices as these will soon be history.

Cocsure.......FFS .nothing like stating the obvious about buying at the bottom and selling at the top !! I thought I was buying at the bottom when I bought at 140 not expecting it to touch 29p a couple of years later!
As I said before I eventually cut my loses at 45p and dumped this dog for good. A difficult move at the time but now recovered most of my loses elsewhere which is something I would not of done if I had hung around here.

Poor.................wish I had sold at 140 and not 45. This hs to be one of the worst shares in the FTSE right now. A top company run by muppets. Investors beware you have every chance of losing your shirt if you stay here much longer.

Some great trading opportunities the last week or so.......keeps bouncing between 76 and 88. Managed to buy and sell twice. Longer term a good value share with lots of recovery potential once we buddy up with NEX
