SD235……….sorry was a typo. If you are here only for Guident I suggest you will do better buying them directly when they come to the market. I did the same with BELL and SALT and they made far more than what my TEK holding did.

I will buy GDNT once they float.

The sooner I can dump TEK the better, it has been an arse of a share over the past few years.

The Guident IPO seems to be dragging its feet a little. It would be good for TEF to post an update on the reason for the delay.

Value…….I will when we get there. Patience is the key here.

With so much shorting going on they have to jump ship at some stage. When that happens we will go into orbit.

You may hate the shorters but they do provide a fabulous buying opportunity when they turn up in force like this.

I have been here too many years to remember thanks to a tip from my Son who is a design engineer in the motor industry. I am hugely in debt to him for the heads up on the technology before it was really known about.

I now hold a sizeable investment having been adding for over 4 years and my own target is 50 p before I sell a single share.

Of course, do your own research but try nit to listen to too much rubbish talked on here.

It has been a frustrating few year but the long wait is starting to pay off. Well done to all those that kept the faith.

Gary……yes I get your drift, one of the reasons I bought in as was looking for a rock solid company that appeared to me to be oversold. I admit to off loading a few within a few days after chatting to my relative as I didn’t realise how nearly all producers had either cht back or stopped producing tfn.

One of the issues with Glenmorangie is the huge amount of whisky they have in storage still waiting to mature.

Garydav……..I realise that but only mentioned Glenmoragie to give an idea how the majority of the whisky distillers are reacting to the present glut on the market.

LSE2000…….I still fear we will see further falls. I have relatives working for a Glenmorangie, I understand that they have stopped production for a few months till the market becomes a little clearer. I visited a distillery on Arran last month and they too have slowed down production.

Once the market becomes clearer and the possibility of tarrifs decline then I expect a bounce…..till then we will continue to drift down.

This share has been languishing in my account for a few years. Decided to top up today as after doing some research yesterday I feel at last we can see some light at the end of the long dark tunnel.

It appears that most analysts seem to think we are 250% under valued.

I have felt the same having been here for a few years now. I am still 12% down so will hang in there.

I gelt the same about my SAGA shares and after years of being at a loss as soon as they hit 180 and back in profit I sold…..needless to say they continued to rise so I bit the bullet and bought back in. A few months on we are now at 395 so this has been my catalyst to hang in here too. I feel 2026 is going to see all the airlines hit new highs so I will be sticking it out for a while yet.

Charles…….I would have thought the same but chatting to one of the managers in my local store yesterday that is not the case. It is hugely profitable and increases their turnover considerably. Aldi and Lidl don’t do it because of logistical problems.

When you see 60 pickers working in my local store most days you only then realise how important that side of the business is.

Hopefully we can see this push past £4 today and stay above into the new year. 🙏

Just been in my local Tesco to do my weekly shop. I was in at 0700 before the rush and it always amazes me how many home delivery pickers there are on the floor. The lady told me there were over 40 working today and each will pick 6 seperate orders and work throughout the day. She says it is a huge profitable business now for Tesco and it has been crazy busy over Christmas.

Most UK distilleries have either reduced production or even stopped due to falling sales and fear of tariffs etc. I have a family member that works for the Glenmorangie distillery in Tain Scittish highlands and they have stopped production completely tfn. I think this sort of news is affecting the SP here and I only see further falls until things settle down.
