At this present price the share is yielding over 9% dividend which is not to be sniffed at. Just topped up another £10k and if we fall further I will add more tomorrow.

Longer term, we need more homes and with falling interest rates they will become easier to buy.

Bal…….what makes you think that? TEK only hold a % of both. My money is still on the individual stocks rather than buying more here.

If I ever see 15p here I will be out the door as fast as I can.

TEDC……..I will buy mine on the NASDAQ when they come to market……..lets see if I make more buying them there than folk that buy through TEK. In the case of BELL and SALT I made 150% mire than buying through TEK. I expect the same with Guident.

Pedro……..sadly you are talking with your head up your backside. This never rerated before and it wont this time. Get your money directly into SALT and GDNT and then and only then will you make any money.

Lord…….it was January 2020 for me so 6 years. My point is the SP has never followed the vast gains that some of the companies initially made when they IPO’d.

The very reason I will invest directly into Guident ince it floats rather than here. Lets us see if history repeats itself.

Explain to me when BELL and SALT first floated they both rose nearly 200%……..yet TEK struggled to make 50%.

I will buy GDNT when they float…….You can buy TEK. After 2 months let us compare our profits.

If you want to make money, invest in GDNT when it floats but keep well clear of this pile of poo.

I keep saying it has done me more favours buying the individual companies than buying TEK.

Lord…….maybe sell a few and buy some SALT. That way you will have the best of both worlds.

Lordmakealot………I would suggest buying SALT you will make more money than buying in via TEK.

I hold plenty of both but I have always done better by buying the individual companies as they have floated via the IPO.

I made over 200% in bith SALT and BELL when they furst floated but TEK shares never matched those gains.

I will buy GDNT once it floats too and probably dump all my TEK because it really has been a stick in the mud share.

It is the way if the market these days. Trading updates that are really quite positive and the SP gets trashed. On the brightside, it creates a buying opportunity for new folk to enter. I picked £10k up earlier at 310 so happy sit it out and see how they perform over the next 6 months.

4. Years ago we were trading at £32. Please tell me what has changed for the worst since then? We have increased our outlets and from what I see as I travel the country the shops are always busy most times of the day.

It is only a matter of time before we start that march back towards the £30 mark.

10% shorts is huge and one day sooner or later they will start to move on. As investments go this has to be one of the best valued investment right now with huge potential for a quick recovery.

It would not surprise me in the least to see this end the day in the blue.

Over the past few months the shorts have had their fun. At some stage they will see other opportunities elsewhere and feel the need to move on. I would not be surprised if a few started buying back in the large drop this morning.

Whatever way you look at it Greggs has to be a good longer term investment at these present levels.

I took a little profit this morning on reading about the falling house prices, plus I decided I needed the money to invest in TSCO which seemed to get trashed today on a reasonable trading update.

Long term a good investment here but shorter term it seems unable to make its mind up.

I cannit see much wrong with that update. Decided to add another £10k As I have said before Iam here for the longer term and the return to £30 plus days.
