SALT up 10%, yet TEK as per normal drags her feet.

I am guessing she will do the sane when GDNT is up and running on the Nasdaq.

I was being conservative when I mentioned £14.

Most of the whisky distilleries have either cut right back on production or like Glenmorangie stopped it all together tfn.

It will take a lot to make this turnaround I feel.

It may seem a bargain right now but I would certainly hang off buying for a month or so.

I took £10k off the table first thing. I still hold over £20k but the constant drift back down in the past week and the words of that idiot Trump spooked me a little. I can guarantee that this will fly now 😂 Happy to still be holding a major chunk though as I still think this will be one of life's multi multi baggers.

After Donalds little outburst I can only see this as a sinking ship on Monday morning.

I would say though that his comments may bring a buying opportunity.

Pedro……..OK lets do a deal, on the day Guident comes to the market I will buy £10k of shares in GDNT.. If you do the same with TEK, after 1 month we can then compare the profit we have made. Is that a deal?

Pedro…….your comments make no sense, buying into Guident through TEK doesn’t give you a discount!

Example……I buy £10k of TEK on ipo day and maybe TEK goes up 15%

I buy £10k of GDNT on IPO day and GDNT gies up 25%

So you see, the price is immaterial, it is the % gain on your investment that is the factor.

I keep telling you, I bought SALT on ipo day and I made a 150% gain

Over the same period TEK rise was less than 50% !

You need to re think your policy.

Wozzer…….that never happened before with BELL and SALT so what makes you think GDNT will be any different? Unless of course you are just plain ramping this to allow you to bail out 🤔

I keep telling you what to do if you wish to make money and that is to buy into GDNT as tgat will definitely outrun TEK.

Actuary……..be patient, there is no real hurry, a slow tick up will do fine, but once the shorts find another playground then things will certainly hit up then. In the meantime, sit back and enjoy the trip.

I find the deal that Confused.co have done with Greggs a few years back as little money spinner.

Nit sure of the financial aspect of the deal but for every insurance policy that someone buys through Confused.com they get a free Gregs coffee every month for that year. This equates to £32.50 for each customer. Multiply that by the millions that buy their insurance that way and you can see it is a good earner. Add to that, the fact that each customer pops into the shop for a free coffee they probably buy a sausage roll or sandwich too

I use it for our 2 cars and home insurance so get 3 freebies every month.

It would be interesting to hear what money tgat deal actually brings in to Greggs.

TEDC………It worked for me well when I bought BELL and SALT on the ipo day. Both went up over 150% within the first month but TEK was lucky to move less than 50%

Lets see next week if my theory works again.

I had a top up order set at 98.5

Sadly it never triggered but looks like it was not far off.

Looks a nice recovery at the moment but I guess a few will start to take a quick profit which may affect the price by the close. I will leave my buy order active but I cannot see it triggering.

My present avg is 108 so happy to hold longer term as a 9% divi is not to be sniffed at.

If you want to hedge your bets and buy some GDNT shares directly on the Nasdaq as opposed to hoping your investment in TEK follows the GDNT SP, you will need to complete a W8-BEN form through your trading platform to allow you to buy international US shares.

My money will be going directly into GDNT as in the past that tactic has worked better than hoping my TEK holdings perform as well as the ipo share.

My 3 top picks for 2026 are obviously GRG along with SEE ( a long time holder there but now taking off) and SALT.

I am predicting a 40% rise here and greater than 100% in my other two top picks.

Pedro……..steady on, not used to those compliments. It all depends on which glass ball we are looking into. At least we won’t have long to wait to see if my strategy is correct.

Curious……..I bought in here 6 years ago because I like the concept of the business. Along the way I have watched bith BELL and SALT float onto the market. I then decided to buy in to them as individual stocks and within a couple of months I saw gains of over 150% in both, whilst at the same time TEK only moved 50% or less.

This strategy taught me how much more important it was to buy into each individual share rather than hope TEK responded in a similar manner which as the past proved it didn’t.

So all the hype now about Guident I have the feeling things will be the same, GDNT coukd fly yet if ut dies TEK will drag its feet miles behind.

That is my theory anyway and I guess we will all soon find out if my strategy is correct.

If we see a rise in TEK I will sell into that rise and use the money to buy more Guident.
