If there would be a partial sale, and after the sale EUA remains a going concern, the shareholders would keep their shareholding and depending on the sale receipts, may get a dividend or shares from the acquiring company / consortium.

I personally am not, that is no reflection on HEMO, just I never feel secure holding all my money in one company, if one goes seriously wrong , you always have the others, just my personal preference. To me, there is NEVER anything guaranteed.

I am quite sure Lunus1 although he may not post for a while, will still be reading our posts, and will be encouraged by the good wishes to him from all us genuine LTH's. Remember Lunus1, you can not keep a good man down.
Arealdartagnan, read your post, completely agree mate, however, not so sure about the TV titles, however as I can not come up with any thing better, they will have to do for the present. Perhaps, for every one here, we could have our very own competition, see who can suggest the best TV title for HEMO, well it is Easter and time for a little light relief.

I think I am correct in saying once the 30% limit is reached he must notify the company of his intentions, which could be a take over or he could remain just a large shareholder if he so chooses.

This is the last trading day of the current tax year, I suspect some of the selling this week was investors positioning their investments/tax positions. This coming Tuesday is the first day of the new tax year with a further ISA allowance of £20,000, if only some of that comes here, we should see a nice increase in the sp, but of course we will have to wait and see.

Bennster is not talking rubbish. If you read the RNS correctly, the RNS says at the date of this RNS dated the 31/03, the number of shares is 38m. I repeat at the date of this RNS 31/03 which means as of today.

The assumption was that TB has off loaded a sizeable chunk of shares, it would appear he has not, this does not mean he has not sold any.

Hemos financial year end is the 31/12. The financial accounts to the 31/12/19 was RNS on the 30/04/20.

This RNS confirms the number of shares with voting rights, so we can completely dismiss the theory that TB has off loaded a sizeable chunk, this has to be good news for tomorrow.
