I too have just voted to ACCEPT all resolutions.

At the moment we all have absolutely nothing, if we vote AGAINST the RTO we will continue to have nothing. However if we vote to ACCEPT the RTO then we have the possibility of something. I really do not understand why people are still agonising over to ACCEPT or not.

There seems to be a more calmer and informative chat board today as opposed to yesterday, where there was a lot of knee jerk reaction to the prospectus. I will be voting to ACCEPT the terms of the RTO. I can understand why some are frustrated and say I will be down X% on the opening bell, but just think where you are now, we are all down 100%, so we can only improve our position. If our test can be applied to other cancer's, that will surely gain a great deal of interest, perhaps this is the bigger picture and where the potential is. To vote NO and prevent CIZ from development and to stop it even before it got started in my opinion would be criminal.

This is definitely NOT the target company we were all hoping for, but we must accept the position we are in. CIZZLE is the ONLY company we will ever have the opportunity to vote on, if we vote AGAINST then Bould Opportunities and our MONEY will simply no longer exist. This is the harsh reality we all must understand, this is not a RAMP just reality.

Last week we had nothing, now we have a chance of something. If we vote Against the proposal, all we would be doing is cutting our noses off to spite our faces, are we really that childish.
PS. Antos G , had 1.9 BILLION shares, AFTER this deal he will have just 11.5 MILLION. If he is going to ACCEPT the deal ,why should not we.

If Biden is proposing tax increases, does anyone know , when the tax increases will take effect.

The US tax year runs from the 1st Jan until 31st Dec , with a tax payment on account in April. They too have their system of self assessment. Any changes to their tax rates unless emergency power measures would start at the beginning of the new tax year.

I think this process has taken far longer than anyone of us had thought, therefore trying all our patience, so what has been said in the past is the past. Although we do not know the target company or the details attached, this has to be a far better position we are in .
