Good afternoon all
Just to introduce myself, I have just bought my first tranche of shares. I am not one of those posters who post all the time, but I hope when I do it is informative and helpful.

It would appear that some shareholders are still fuming after Wednesday's RNS, and therefore are lashing out at today's RNS. I am not happy with the current state of affairs, but am trying to keep a level head. With sum of the selling going on, I am reminded of the saying; Don't cut your nose off to spite your face.

Vlad is the founder of HEMO, so thinks this is his pride and joy, therefore will not let any of it go on the cheap. Therefore he could be playing a high stakes game with ELI, particularly if he thought their offer derisory after all there collaboration.

Why do you say it was just an agreement to agree, when the RNS this morning, specifically states the OPTION has not been taken.

I personally think ELI are playing their cards close to their chest. They have decided not to take the option, yet they have not walked away, so I have asked myself why is that. The conclusion I have arrived at is, ELI are keeping the door open for future devopements before making an offer for part or the whole company. I think there is a lot more going on in the background than we know at the present.

We do not know as yet why ELI did not take up the option, but as a shareholder, I would rather Vlad turn down a poor offer from ELI, then simply give them HEMO on the cheap. We as shareholders would be up in arms if Vlad did this, so yes I am of the opinion that we continue as present, but put a longer time line on progress.
PS. Vlad stop tweeting and issue in stead clear and precise RNS's in the future.

Agree with your reasoning and post in general, these type of negotiations are always more complicated particularly as we do not know at precisely what stage they are at.

ELI will insist that HEMO should not release a RNS until all the negotiations have been concluded and all the legal documentation has been thoroughly checked. ELI will not allow HEMO to release a rushed RNS, simply to calm a few nervouse shareholders.
We just simply need to be patient.

I am backing HEMO all the way. An absolutely gem of a company, with so much potential, this is what investing is all about.

Some investors have lost out on a different stock, so they think the same could happen here. Each company should be researched separately, there is absolutely no similarity between HEMO and MOTIF, to think there are is just plain wrong.

We do not know whether there is going to be a full sale or a partial sale, but one thing we do know is we, the shareholders, are always going to be one step behind the BOD's thinking/ planning , and that is what makes this COMPANY so compelling.
