I have read the posts fellow shareholders have said and have given further thoughts about them.I have already written this investment off, so to me the value of this investment is ZERO. Therefore I am now prepared to wait a little longer, what have I got to loose, my investment in my mind is already ZERO, so any deal is a positive. I also think now calling a shareholders meeting would be counter productive; it would only add or compromise the RTO , so why do it.

Yesterday being 6th April, start of the new tax year, therefore a new allowance of £20,000 to put into ISA's. Some will be BED & ISA, so the sell will appear first then followed by the buy. Some of these transactions can take up to 3 days to clear depending who you have your ISA with. This could explain why there is more sells at the moment than buys until these transactions get cleared through the system.

Due to the lack of company information, I personally have written this share off, and will treat this as a tax loss share. However, if this rises like a Phoenix then that will be a bonus. If anyone has any definite information regarding BOU , could they please post it here.

Today being 6th April, being the first day of the new tax year, could be a bit unpredicatable. If investors are BED &ISA, we may be seeing the sells first from trading accounts before the buys into ISA later.
