I will be voting and i will vote FOR to each resolution. Voting AGAINST any resolution , in my opinion is simply causing more problems for the company, and ultimately ourselves as shareholders.

There is no resolution listed for the authority to raise additional shares at the AGM, now what does that tell you, as you well know , this tends to be a standard resolution.

I have just been reading the posts regarding the cash position and cash expenditure. £3.9million on capital expenditure, so this was spent as required, as capital expenditure is a variable expenditure and not a fixed expenditure. From the accounts it would appear most of the heavy equipment / vehicles are already acquired. We will have a better understanding of the cash position when the interim accounts to 30/06 are posted.

Personaly i thought the 29/06 RNS was very reasurring and detailed, it reinforced why i decided to invest in the first place. Pathetic deramping posters have no influence on my judgement.
