Audited accounts always have a post balance sheet events report, perhaps it is this that is preventing the signing off .

Just like to add, it is at times of frustration / stress , we tend to make the very worst of decisions, therefore remain calm and focused .

So we are back to squabbling amongst ourselves, not very constructive is it.
