He has been brought in to assist with the deal, it is the deal that is potentialy multi billion.

Artem is only 41 years old, plenty of years ahead of him, is this also a factor ?

Personally speaking i think it is a case of two heads are better than one, and who would disagree with that.

Look on the positive side, there were no mention of asset grabbing, nationalisation or sanctions so BAU.
