unfortunaltey this has come at a bad time for me and I can't afford to purchase anymore right now to get the average down, but at the same time I am not sure I would increase my risk either, too many eggs in one basket already on this one. But the price is an absolute bargin if they can turn this around quickly, for new investors coming in at this price it's bloody amazing, I thought I was getting the ultimate bargin at 40p, now look LOL
Would love to kow what the II investors are thinkig right now that are holding at 130p. Sureley if they are still in then why wouldnt they swoop in and buy the lot if they still belive in the long term story, chump change compared to what they invested at IPO
totally agree almost seems a waste of effort and dropping the SP. Correct me if I am wrong even though they are offering the bonus of warrants with share purchase if you dont have the funds avail or want to purchase them warrants when the time comes you dont have to right, you can let them expire?
We havent heard from Dallo this morning the largest private investor we know off, best he's feeling sick to his gut, GL to all the long term holders that I have had the journey with so far on this board!
Anyone going to be taking new shares with warrants? I have to agree with pren I wont be putting another penny into this company until we have some clarity.
Something doesnt add up though, as why such a small raise, 780K probably buys them a few months operating expense, so if there is something bigger coming by the end of the year to give them regualr income I am sure we would know about it by now. And if something big was coming then why release @ a measly 12p? that doesnt show any faith.
for new buyers it's amazing for us long term holdders we have basically been shreded to pieces. jumping to 20-40 means jack for most on here, alot would still be at a loss. But for somone getting in at 12p it's a no brainer.
The current shareholders have been royally f8cked!

I am not expecting any news quick! I also think securing new contracts will be an issue, why would a company award a large contract to a company that will be out of cash in a couple of months time with no answer to how they will secure funding.
Thats the big elephant in the room right now, very small short term cash, buring through cash fast and everything down the lines is really H2 2021.
Don't get me wrong I am like most of you, hold over 250K shares and its now a do or die and I am not going anywhere but I am not as optimistic as TL, this has been my worst investment to date, one short term bounce last year upto 67p which got me excited but had 2 years of sitting around 20's-30's in a major loss.
I now have everything crossed, preying that TL's optimisms turns out right but to say I am concerned is an understatement. I hopefully will eat my hat.
But I do really appreciate your knowledge of the sector TL.
Agree TL lots of promising forward looking statements in this update indeed.
But have to highlight this statement -
We fully expect to see revenue growth during 2020, however in light of the disruptions resulting from COVID-19 there remains a significant element of uncertainty over the timing of near-term events.
The Company continues to operate in line with its budgeted cost base and R&D expense allocation and is expecting to generate positive cash flows from operating activities during 2021.
I am glad to see thay are still saying posotive cash flow from 2021, but I am expecting the already extended target of H1 2021 to now be H2 2021. We also need to know what the fund raising plan is ASAP, I don't agree that they are in no rush. £540K wont last them them a couple of months.
my guess is that there will be a share release around current SP, that why they released that RNS the other day on the partner agreement, trying to get the SP up before they release at a stupid price killing the SP further.
would be a very big learning lesson for me Pren at 80% of my portfolio, so lets hope not. But tottally agree need some good news very fast. Never in a million years did I think we would be back to sub 20P again adn thats why I have invested so heavily, my eye was on £1+ after 6 months, here I am nearly 2 and half years later. :(
So if they already had a proposal and plan for raising funds and the EGM has now past wouldnt they release that plan straight away? Everyone on this board apart from me seemed to think that they would be prepped and a plan in place ready to go?
I am not sure I understand the delay in communiction ot share holders on the stock release plan?
