With the last business update, this shows there is plenty of opptunity in the pipeline, if they can pull off the ASSP deal and delivery on some contract news, I truly belive this could go to half a penny easy, not imposiible to get back to a penny with several contract RNS and deliver future stabilisation of cash burn.

I pray for this Halfmov, I am in until the end, and hope DL does us right and has not been lying about all these leads and letters of intent that meant to be near term

What baffles me is that they said they even had a letter of intent on the ASICs partnership and was in final stages of contract negotions, now is that totally dead as they havent given any updates?

How can I company with so much IP not have any business... Surley there has to be a big contract win anncouement coming soon otherwise they would be insolvent by the end of the month at their run rate.

The radio silence is terrible and they also ignore emails to IR, I havent had a single response after 3 emails.

I've sent several emails to Investor Relations email asking questions, and regardless of whether they can directly answer the, they havent even acknowledge the email, very very poor share holder management.

Couldnt agree with T3 more, I also don't understand why these derampers spend time on here every day but say they have no holding, just wishing the company to fail as they lost a lot of money previsouly by buying high. I get it people have been burnt, but just move on. There are alot fo share holders that can still make money from this and adminstration has no benefit for anyone. So think about your carefully, but I also agree with the comments that if DL is so confident in all these deals coming in, he should put his hand in his own pocket as well, the rest of the board own nothing or minisical shares which is alarming. I am still holding on to the hope this can turn around and work its way back up to 1p a share.

There will be no contract wins in the near term, as they wouldnt be asking to increase share holding for a miniiscal fund raise if they had some substantial new revenue on the horizion.

I had my voting papers (email) a week ago.

Well they are obvisouly not expecting any of the contracts mentioned near term to be signed or generate revenue, if any were close then they wouldnt have asked for EGM to increase share captial at such a low price, so think it will be quiet here for quiet a while with no news in the next few months, if big things were in the final stages they would not be trying to dilute loyal long term share holders once again.

And the 120 mil by david is chicken change at 25K, if they have high confidence levels in pulling this off, these guys surley could be thinking this is there chance to make multi millions and rack up the shares outside of restricted periods, thats the only thing making my foot itch right now. I jsut hope therte is a reasonable answer to that

Don't get me wrong, I am a strong buy on ENET and a long term holder, but the one thing that concerns me, is why are the directors not accumulating large amounts of stock at this price if they are close to signing a deal, are they really in a lock out position due to inside information based on a possible contract (there is no guarantee) or could they buy on the open market if they wanted, as I would expect to see them buying in the hundreds of millions of shares when Shavit Baruch has a measly 5.7 million shares worth just over a grand.

Whilst no contracts have been signed to date, the business scope between Ethernity and this leading wireless backhaul OEM, has been largely agreed in principal, subject to final alignment and contract. This business scope forms the foundation for the ongoing business and technical discussions and the Company hopes to sign a letter of intent with this partner in the near future. The scope being finalised with the OEM includes terms which would result in a significant NRE to partially fund the development of the ASSP/ASIC, along with an extensive commitment for device orders following availability. Given the strategic importance of volume production in fabricating an ASSP/ASIC, the device will also be offered to other Wireless Backhaul OEMs which could generate significant further revenue for the Company once available.

On decent revenue new it will do mor than 500% thats a 10th of a penny, can easily go much higher. Fingers crossed for some contract news or the ASIC deal, this thing goes to the moon from where it is, as it's priced to go bust at the moment.

What teams call is this?

I don't see any reason this couldnt jump to 0.3-0.5p in a day on some contract news. if the large ASICs deal comes in could easily see 1p again fast. IMO DYOR

I really don't understand the small group of negative posters that hang around this board and have the time to comment daily a negative reply to any positive speculation.

1. You cant short enet, so they are not invested

2. thery wouldsnt be consistently slatting a company they are invested in

3. they can only be a previous holder, now out or still in at a massive loss they will never recover

If I was in group 3, I wouldnt be looking at that share again and certainly wouldnt want to comment or follow it ever again, unless I was getting back in.

They chose to pay off the debt straight away, they could have gone for another extension and used as cash flow, this tells them they have some contracts coming, i do feel this is turn around time. They are fighting to survive and it can't be for nothing. I am looking at 1p target pretty fast on good news of a single large contract.

IMO if they close the large ASICs deal this could easily go to 1p+, very fast.

The 26 million was me, you may call me crazy, but something tells me this will come good over next few months, no reason this can't hit 1p if they close the ASICs deal
