Any views on potential price if they actually finalise the ASICs deal with a large OEM?

With so many shares now just to back to 1p would make the market value 50 million, long term holders are destroyed, not sure 1p is possible, only ones that will make money are those buying in now or when it was lower than today. even 0.05p we need a 25 million market cap. Needs some big contracts for long term holders like myself to come good on this. Not impossible, but a long time away :(

30 million buy isnt any sign to anyhting we are talking 8k, jsut somone taking a punt, if we see a 50K+ buy then maybe that would be interesting. this is small change 30 million shares.

Vote NO = the End, Vote Yes = There is a slim chance that this could delivery returns if you bought in at the bottom of have a low avg. Unfortunaltey my avg is sitting at half a penny but not giving up on this yet, I will be voting YES.

I am voting yes, I ve been here too long to hit the self destruct button, if after the share allocation nothing comes of it then it is what it is, but I am not hitting the self destruct button, even if only 0.0001% of hope they can turn this around. I am sure most holders are with me, and can only imagaine those on this board saying vote no are not holders or were holders that lost alot.

I am not with the vote no, sorry, I'd rather vote YES for the share allocation and not lose everything I have ivested, even if diluted, its means there is a chance (miracale) for the company to pull off several large contracts and turn this around. I know history doenst give us any confidence in that, but why vote no and sign away your shares in the next few weeks to the trash can!

Well, if he believes in the suture of his company and he made millions on the last sales of company, then why doesnt he do another director loan to pay of the TSP himself, this doesnt give the message he has a ton of confidence if he wants to put all the risk on diluting shareholders.

I'd like to know who they think these new share holders are that would buy all these shares to raise the cash quick, sureley they have had to show their pipline to even get anyone interested outsided of current shareholders that they want to bypass on the sale.

This tells us they have no pipeline what so ever, as if they don't get the shares approved the company goes in to administration, so that means they ahve no contracts in the pipeline to generate revenue to pay the TSp, it's all on getting more shares, so what happens then to cover running costs once they cover the TSP, with no business and no customers in talks or close to closing.

So can some break down price imacpt if buying before EGM vs after the new share release?

I can see Monday being a gigantic volume day, refresh of ISA allowances.

I wonder what happened to Dallo, he put in over 400K on this share at around 40p, did he lose it all or has he been averaging down and risking more.

I am a long term holder myself been holding this share for over 5 years, no point me selling now, either it comes good by some sort of miracle or I lose it all and go down with the ship.

I agree, Skid; he needs to give confidence that they will be net positive in 2025. He's been touting that for a while. It's good to hear the 5-year aspiration, but shareholders need to know what is in the pipeline right now to sustain 2025 operating costs and finally make a profit.

10 bagger? so if they hit 35mil within 5 years you think we could get to 3p? Are you crazy, should be 3p based on what we know now.

It's not looking good, halfway through the year, there is not a single RNS of new contracts; we have no idea of recurring revenue and cash burn. If DL doesnt speak soon this is going back to 0.25. Need some big news and lots of it. It outstands me all the patents they have and unique IP, and it hasn't turned into a single bit of news. Don't get me wrong I am not selling and I have been here since 2018 as a holder, but seriously, come on team ENET, you must have some updates for the market by now???????

@redhammy, i assume you are not invested here? why would you want them to wind the company up? you're asking them to shaft every loyal investor here, and we all lose. i really don't get the people on this board with negative comments like that, i get enet havent delivered on a single promise, but at the end of the day if you think it's all over, sell your shares now, move on and don't waste time on this board. those who have been shafted like me but believe they can turn it around will still wait and see but not constantly **** the company off; it achieves nothing. i get the frustration from many on this board, but winding the company up is the last thing we want.

Wow, the only reason I can see for someone to sell 2.2mil shares is that they bought those when it was 0.25

I honestly think that if they announce several Seven figure contracts in the near term, this could easily become a 10-20 bagger overnight. There is NO reason why not, massively undervalued, but they have to announce some serious new revenue to let me know the company has a long-term future. Until then it aint getting above a couple of pence.

It's simple why it's moving today, buying demand has increased due to new tax year and everyone can start to re-invest into their ISA
