Still holding and have topped a few times and will hold till the end whenever or whatever that is

Ian glad your operation went well and now hopefully on the mend, it’s not the easiest when you get to our age
Still in Scotland came to Edinburgh yesterday from Fort William so going to the castle tomorrow, as suggested we went to the Commando monument it was really nice to see, especially this being rememberance week.
Not much going on with this at the moment so just reading occasionally but as usual GLTA

Good luck with the upcoming operation it’s marvellous what they can do nowadays and I am sure that you will be ok
There are a lot of LTH that do not post on here anymore as until we get sale details we are just holding and topping up when we can.
Leaving Ayr today and going to Fort William for the weekend then to Edinburgh on Monday for 5 days then home so another tick of Angie’s bucket list, might try to book a trip to Rome early December as that’s on her list, we are trying to get as much done on her list while she can get about

Thanks for your reply to Wand but would you admit that this has done better since 2019, there are many shares that have done better than us recently but it’s what investing is all about.
If I had a crystal ball I would win the lottery every week but no such luck

In 2019 this was 0.49 and went to over 40p so a much better return than most if you was clever enough, I am in another miner under 1p so just hoping that it does the same.
I agree that this has taken longer than expected but just waiting is not a problem

64 today and I can’t believe where it has all gone, thanks for remembering, getting old is not much fun but it’s still better than the alternative:)
Had 2 good holidays to Fuerteventura recently and going to Scotland Sunday for 2 weeks staying at Ayr, then Fort William then Edinburgh but not shorts and tee shirt weather like we just had, so we are getting through the wife’s bucket list and looking at Rome end November so another tick
Still here and holding topping up when I can and hoping it comes in while the wife can enjoy it

Still here as well just pop in now and then to see what the drongos can come up with, the lth here know what we have as we done our research and read/reread the RNS’s just the waiting time has gotten longer.
Good times ahead for true holders
We are in Fuerteventura till the weekend Angie has her next course of treatment next week so still going strong at the moment.

Hope the butt orange is getting better and you are feeling ok,
I love reading your posts they always amaze me how much detail and points you put in them, you have had an interesting life so far for your age so imagine what the rest will be like:) :)
Hopefully you don’t have to sell anything here or your other holdings and can get back to work earning before then, are there no other premises in the area that need a chef, or even a change of direction in life.
