They are a good idea but for the 1 week a year that it get's hot in this country I can't justify the expense. The wife feels the cold most of the time anyway, she does not even like the A/C on in my car so have the windows open getting hot air blown in at me

Was born in Hackney and Southend was my old stomping ground but that was in the 70s had great times in the Kersal

Very good post, as has been said on here many times if the RF starts taking assets then there would be no investment in RF for years as II's and PI's would just pull out and sell up.

Hi Sandy
Nothing surprises me with this anymore, I think we have all become hardened to the games being played, I remember last week when we got near the dizzy heights of 7s and then the order must have been filled so back we are, the 3/5/7 % swings are a traders paradise. I have not got the ballz to try because as as soon as I tried the RNS would land, if I did not have bad luck I would have no luck at all :) :)

This is still for sale, the assets are still in the ground, the companies are still round the table.
It is just yours and many expectations that this would be done and dusted quicker than it is taking, we all wanted it done by now but it will be done when it will be done so not worried

I agree that the RF would not take anything or stop trading with most countries as they still need investors to put money into the country, if II's or PI's stopped dealing with the RF then that would put them back years.
Only IMHO as I do not follow much politically

If you have been here for 3 years and still hold a few then you must be on a free ride so if you are unhappy then sell and move on, I cannot see how you can say this has evaporated as they would have to RNS if that had happened.
the assets are still in the ground and there are buyer(s) at the table as UBS, DLA, WA and now KPMG are still there working away

Pete, the skip is for the rubble from the kitchen refurb and anything else that I can get in it. take care of the ankle.

Little Red, overexposure is a personal thing depending on your risk strategy, I am lucky that if it all goes I will still have a roof over my head and still have holidays, if it comes in that's another story, have other ones in my portfolio so would not be wiped out completely.

This has been a longer journey than anyone could ever have imagined but we all know that it will happen as the world needs what we have.
The Bod have more skin in this than anyone on here so I would sooner trust them than some of the drongos on here
I have always found that being positive is so much nicer and easier to get things done, the great British spirit and all that
